The purpose of this form is to provide the HOA Board and their management staff with a record of remodeling or construction work whith comes under the jurisdiction of the Architectural Review Committeee Rules and Regulations, and to provide a method for approval by the Architectrual Comittee (ARC).  Please refer to the ARC rules section B for guidance.

Submit the completed ARC Form, and include your attachments as needed, a description of your project including photos, drawings, product samples and links to product websites (if any) to TownSq.​
